Schedule: Thursday to Monday (Days off are Tuesday and Wednesday)
We are seeking an experienced and professional Head Housekeeper to manage a prominent estate in Beverly Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience as a head housekeeper, with a proven track record of managing and working alongside a dedicated housekeeping team. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and provide strong references.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, train, and collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization.
- Supervise vendors and maintenance personnel, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Perform laundress duties, including expertly ironing and laundering various high-end brand-name clothing and materials.
- Pack and unpack for travel, ensuring efficiency and care.
- Maintain and organize closets to create optimized and orderly spaces.
- Manage inventory, restocking, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Support and handle additional daily duties and requests as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a head housekeeper, preferably in high-profile or luxury estates.
- Strong laundress skills, with knowledge of handling delicate fabrics and high-end materials.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
