An experienced and skilled Housekeeper is needed to join the household staff of a high-net-worth (HNW) couple based in New York. This is a full-time position offering a competitive starting salary of $45/hour plus full benefits. We are seeking a candidate who is detail-oriented, reliable, and has a professional demeanor, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

Ideal candidates must have impeccable cleaning and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and flexibility in their schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-detail cleaning of the estate, including all living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms.
• Organize and manage wardrobe, ensuring proper care and storage of clothing.
• Organize closets, track inventory, and ensure household supplies are stocked.
• Handle laundry and ironing with attention to fabric care.
• Greet and accommodate the needs of household guests, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Assist during events, providing support for setup and cleanup as needed.
• Properly use cleaning products and techniques for all types of surfaces (e.g., floors, countertops, and furniture).
• Sanitize bathrooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the estate.
• Support with additional household duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional housekeeping experience, preferably with HNW clientele.
• Local candidate (New York-based) with outstanding references.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if needed.
• Familiarity with proper cleaning tools and products for high-quality care of surfaces and fabrics.
