About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Houseman/Groundskeeper to care for the exterior of a prestigious estate in Malibu, CA. This is a hands-on role for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and landscaping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exterior Cleaning:
- Ensure the exterior of the property is spotless, free of leaves, cobwebs, and dust.
- Clean and maintain outdoor patio, BBQ area, and related fixtures, including the grill.
- Maintenance:
- Power-wash walkways and clean outdoor rails.
- Wash exterior windows to keep them gleaming.
- Vehicle Care:
- Detail clean estate vehicles and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Landscaping:
- Perform landscaping duties and care for outdoor plants and gardens to keep them healthy and vibrant.
- Additional Support:
- Assist with any other tasks as required to ensure the estate and grounds maintain a pristine appearance.
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience with outdoor cleaning tools, landscaping, and equipment.
- Dedication to maintaining a high standard of care and cleanliness.
